How can you determine if a city is raw or not ?

 

The video installation is specifically prepared for Collective RAW’s exhibition at Ventura’15.  Scanning the city of Istanbul through inquisitive and progressive rawlapses,  line by line, it tries to explore the connections between the raw materials that constitute the city itself. Incorporating the scale of the products with the city’s own fabric, it attempts to analyze prosodic structure of the raw materials against the background of the urban texture.
